Please Note: We are not responsible for any Return to Sender shipments due to incorrect shipping address and/or failure to sign for your package. Should the order be returned to us, we will refund the value of the contents minus a 20% restocking fee - the shipping fee is not refundable. Should you require to have the order reshipped, then new shipping fee will apply - no exceptions.

AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be amended or cancelled if it has not been processed yet. Once the order has been processed, no further changes can be made.
DAMAGED AND/OR MISSING ITEMS
Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 10 business days (from the date of receipt) to qualify for a replacement. Replacements or compensation will not be provided after 10 business days.
